Actual one bedroom condo (NOT A STUDIO) with a separate room for sleeping. Stay steps from the beach, across from the Historic Hotel Del, at a resort with a 4.7 star rating on Google and 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor. This condo sleeps 4 with a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Very hard to find a Condo rental for less than a month on the island due to City of Coronado laws requiring monthly rentals, but since this is a condo in a resort, you can rent for a week instead of a month and have all the amenities of a condo. (Sunday to Sunday weekly rental required.) Relax in the rooftop hot tub or sauna, BBQ overlooking the ocean, work out in the gym, play ping pong and pool, grab a cup of coffee all on site. Additional pools at the luxurious Loews Resort available at no extra charge. All this is available with NO RESORT FEES charged to you! Note: there is an elevator in the condo building so there are NO STAIRS TO NAVIGATE if you park in the garage and take the elevator to the unit. (ONE parking space in gated, underground garage available ) WHAT WE LOVE: We love the ability to cook in our rental as well as access to free beach chairs, toys and bicycles so we can really enjoy our stay on the island.
