Living room: comes with a spacious and comfortable couch along with a wide-screen TV. Dining room: cozy space that can host up to 6 people. Kitchen: spacious kitchen area that features wide countertop, gas stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, utensils, cups and bowls, and other basic cooking and dining utensils. Bedroom #1: the master bedroom has its own bathroom, with two queen size beds, TV, and closet (hangers provided). Bedroom #2: queen-size bed with sofa and closet, the sofa can be turned into a bed Bathrooms: newly furnished and enhanced clean 1. Please respect the neighbors and make 10 pm - 8 am quiet hours during your stay. No parties and events are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in premature termination of our short-term rental agreement. 2. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT allowed on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 8. People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. 9. Parking: Parking is restricted to the parking lot.
