    SHORT SALE. This house sits on a double lot. Owner is a botanist and has planted some really nice trees. HOWEVER. The house was destroyed during Hurricane Charley. It has been partially demo-ed. There is no flooring. The is no drywall. There are no ceilings. There is no kitchen. There is no functional bathroom. Lastly, the double lot has turned into a wild jungle, and clearing will be a significant task. There is an external wooden shed. May need major fixing or demolition.
