This is a huge house! But it has bed bugs and roaches sometimes we comb the home but they can’t be gone But! There is a bathroom in the basement, on the first floor, and on the second floor. The first floor has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, besides the bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms. There is a balcony off of one of the bedrooms and there are two porches, one in the front and one off of the kitchen. There is a full basement and the basement can be accessed from the outside or down the stairs from the house. There are a couple of work benches in the basement and also hook ups for washer and dryer. I have electric and gas dryer hook ups. This house has hot water heat so it stays very comfortable in the winter time. It also had the weatherization program several years ago so it has good insulation. We are currently putting a new floor, new base cabinets, in a new countertop in the kitchen. I also just had a new electric service put in the house. The pictures show what it looks like currently but keep in mind what we are doing in the kitchen is not yet shown. Also, you share a yard with a small house in the back of the property.
