    What's special

    Giant brick wall for sale including everything behind it. Wtf is behind it you ask? Well, technically it's a house from around 1904 and then sometime around the 80s they built a cinderblock sanctuary directly next to it. Now, years of safety repairs and lbs of demo later, there lies just potential behind the wall. This property wasn't labeled of "historic importance" because of the wall. That's good because it removes some of the restrictions for development. To develop, you have to match the style of the neighborhood which wasn't too difficult. We have an approved COA for a 2,556 sq ft house with a 1,250 sq ft garage (and 1,250 sq ft walkable roof). You're welcome to have our drawings (including the structural drawings). We didn't include a pool or a second house behind the main structure but the lot is deep enough to complete a compound. I don't know what else to say other than the Springfield neighborhood was built by visionaries that understand potential. This property is located in a beautiful area of the historic area and is the only undeveloped piece on the block. Open to trading for warehouse or light industrial property.
