Recently renovated kitchen, bathrooms, wood floors, paint, roof and insulation. Property is not for commercial use. We have a month-to-month lease to protect the tenant and landlord. We welcome long term renters. Our past renters have typically stayed from 5 to 13 years. We feel a month to month lease protects both parties from lifes inevitable challenges. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for propane, electric and Wi-Fi. First and last month rent due at signing. Security due on move in. No smoking allowed in rentals or on property. No subletting. Pets must be screened prior to approval. Tenants are to park in their designated parking space only. Parking on the property is available for tenants only. Any other parking arrangements must approved by management. Trash and recycling items are to be placed in the appropriate bins. Boxes must be cut up/fully flattened and placed in the recycling container or adjacent to bin if bin is full. Tenants are required to respect the privacy of other tenants regarding noise and cleanliness. Due to septic system requirements only single ply toilet paper is allowed. No modification to rental unit is allowed without the approval of the management. That includes hanging of items on walls, etc. Due to the nature of wood beams, floors and textured plaster walls which are difficult to repair, management approval/assistance for any modification is required.
