If you are a 2-car family and need to park a 2nd car, there are additional parking spaces available (if available) for an additional monthly fee of $25.00. We impose a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is an additional monthly pet fee (per pet).
