This is a two bedroom (queen size) & additional fold out bed, one bathroom unit with a very roomy living room and combination kitchen and dining room. There is storage everywhere inside and also additional storage built into the outside of the RV. The lucky tenant who chooses to rent this beautiful unit is allowed to have one small pet, such as a small dog, or cat. There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $300. THERE IS NOT A MONTHLY PET FEE. We do request that you either bring your pet with you to view the RV or bring a picture of your Pet for Management to see/approve prior to final approval of your rental agreement. The RV is ready for immediate occupancy. Rent is $950 per month. First and last month's rent, plus a deposit of $500 is required in order to move in, for a total of $2400. If you do have a small pet, that would be $2700. But again, remember YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR UTILITIES AND YOU HAVE NO MONTHLY PET FEE.
