We're looking to rent our spot while we're out of town for the months of July and August. Private, furnished 2/1 single-family home with a huge backyard, free washer/dryer, dishwasher onsite for rent the months of July & August in Bayview blocks from Flora Grubb, All Good Pizza, and Muni Metro stops. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty on street parking. Easy access to the Mission, Bernal, and Dogpatch neighborhoods and the 101 and 280 highways. We have a furnished home with 1bdrm w/ a queen bed and another bedroom that's been converted into an office (but we can easily bring another bed into the office if preferred). Full-bath, a fully-stocked kitchen, living room with TV, multiple gaming systems, and 1GB highspeed internet. The backyard has been renovated with a pizza oven, a bunch of outdoor furniture, and a heated ottoman. We love our street, have very chill families as neighbors and regularly have more sunny days than the rest of the city. If you're looking to move to the city and need a chill spot to explore it from or just want a short vacation our house is ideal. We're "good" dog friendly, and have a few plants inside and on the back patio that will need minimal maintenance in terms of watering. This is our home, that we live in full-time. Not an Airbnb or even part-time rental. We have nice things here we've gotten from travels or acquired over time and we want someone (or some people) who will take care of these things. We'd kindly request two months' rent and a one-month security deposit upfront as well as a signature on a contract we'll work out for renting from us.
