Trying to find someone to take over my lease by mid August because I will be leaving for Europe, it will be right in time for the fall semester. Its a cute 1 bedroom, lots of natural light, a huge closet, and it's right by the UNT art department and Fry street so there's always something to do. It's on the 1st floor in the Renaissance Apartments. If you need it sooner something could possibly be arranged, I'm really flexible so let me know what you need.
