Looks out over a green area. Home owned by original owner who had no pets and is non-smoker. This home has an attached double garage. Note: Several years ago a neighboring home was sold and recorded as the same address as the home I have owned since Feb. 2006. This made it difficult to refinance as the other home is really 14178 W. Country Gables Dr but was misaddressed by Title Company as 14182. 14178 is a smaller home that is a rental property with a detached garage. Maricopa county would not allow me to change the address since the owner of that rental property would need to do that. They have chosen not to do that. I'm trying to sell my home, but will have difficulty is Zillow lists the other property as my address.
