The home is best suited for someone quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on work or school. You would be sharing the home with me, my current roommate, and my dog, Sadie. The home has a hot tub, washer/dryer, backyard, and patio. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of UNT. Dogs may be allowed with approval and must be compatible with Sadie. Applicants should be prepared to provide proof of income and/or university affiliation, references, and complete a basic background screening. One year lease duration. No smoking inside.
