It's basically a half house. The bathroom is on the ground level, the kitchen and living room are upstairs, and the two bedrooms are half underground. It's small and cute. The yard is by far big enough for our small family and the detached garage has a small shack on the side, it's all very convenient. Let alone a decent and quiet neighborhood!
