Bathroom and living room you would be sharing with one person. Kitchen will be sharing with 2 people. Only one other you ask The third member has a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and he uses the kitchen from time to time. Mostly keeps to them self but doesn't mean we are all not friendly . The only criteria you need to meet is cleanliness. We are not neat freaks by any means we just ask that you clean up after yourself. Had trouble in the pass with dishes and lazy roommate night mares. Not necessary but our target age range is from 24-35 from experience I've seen that someone in this age range would mesh better with us and also it seems someone in this age range or above would be more responsible. The room will be available on the 1st of May, rent is $475.00 a month plus utility's which are split 3 ways and this also includes your own secured parking spot directly under the unit.
