Your lease also comes with a detached two car garage for storing extra items (vehicles will not fit). Plentiful street parking and potential use of driveway for additional monthly fee. Non-Smoking property. The home is right off of I-84 and is very close to I-205 so commuting is a breeze. TriMet bus line 77 is 400 feet from the house and TriMet bus line 19 is less than a half mile away. Providence Medical center and the airport are minutes away. The home is an easy walk from Fressen Bakery, East Glisan Pizza Lounge, Fillmore Coffee, the Baerlic Brewing Taphouse and Food Car pod, and the soon to open Gigantic Brewing Taproom. I'm not a leasing company or a professional landlord and this is my only rental property. I want tenants who will love the house like their own.
