APARTMENT #4 is now rented. I do have another vacant 2 bedroom unit on the third floor that is going to be redone when this one is completed (hoping to start April 7th). Tenant has moved out and painting, repairs and cleanup begins. ZILLOW won't let me change address to Apt 4. It's Unit 4 and it's on the 2nd floor NOT the 4th floor. Living room and bedrooms have been painted and new flooring installed. Baseboards, kitchen and bathroom are still being worked on. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. Parking for 1 car off street. NO PETS. Tenants to pay all utilities, gas heat. First and Last required. Security deposit required UNLESS employment verification, proof of your last 6 months rent being paid on time and solid references. No smoking inside the building or common areas. This apartment should be available April 23, 2025! 1st and last required to move in. Apartment is available 3/23/2025. I do not accept tenants with past evictions for non-payment of rent or open eviction cases. Due to demand for the last unit I had available i can't set appointments for everyone that wants to walk thru without having a bit of background on potential tenants so please include some information about you.
