Brand New 2 bd 1-1/2 bath triplex located in Nederland will potentially be ready by the end of May 2025 for its new tenants! This triplex is located near all city amenities including our local HEB, many health and fitness facilities and more! Credit check, and background check is required and a deposit will be taken prior to occupancy. -Utilities such as water, electricity and wifi are not provided. -A late fee of $50 will be added after 5 days of nonpayment of the monthly lease. -Small pets allowed (you will have access to a small back yard). -No smoking is allowed inside of our units. -Private parking is available for each tenant and any guest is welcome to park on the side of the road. -A deposit of $1,200 is required and will be returned after lease is completed. -Maintenance rounds will be performed every six months through the during or our lease. -No painting, drilling holes, or making any permanent changes to the surface of the unit is allowed.
