Electricity is on you but is pretty cheap since heat is provided via water baseboard. Washer/dryer within unit, full kitchen, 2.5 baths, not renting as furnished but have furniture you can use, exterior deck with grill. Sorry, no pets allowed. Includes parking passes for two cars.
