Renter is responsible for water and electricity will have to put their name, also responsible for their own trash and no pets allowed. Rent is due the 5th of every month and payment through Venmo. Also must change you air filters every month, if you don't do so, and it tears the unit up, you are responsible to pay for any services on the HVAC. We do keep it very maintenance.
