Floor 3: Two bedrooms (one is larger than the other), a full bathroom, and LOTS of closet space. Outside: A private patio with a table, chairs, and lights (pictured) The whole space is over 1100 sq ft and is kept cool with central air. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Historic Filipinotown is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Additionally, it's a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, Echo Park, and Silverlake. The townhouse is also two blocks from the 101 Freeway, which makes access to most other areas of LA really easy. RENTING I'm looking for someone to rent my townhouse for at least 6 months but will give priority to those who would like to rent for closer to a year. Renter is responsible for all utilities Rent paid on the 1st of the month. Smoking not allowed. Garage can fit one car (but finding street parking is never an issue). Up to two small (under 45lbs) dogs allowed.
