Plus: a "Private Suite" - with 2 Bedrooms and bath. It also has a Kitchen, its own central air conditioning system and back grilling porch facing the water. We sometimes call it our "Sanctuary". This area is included automatically. The property is 120' wide and provides safe deep water moorings for your boat and plenty of room for trailers and cars. You seldom hear or see the neighbors. There is at least 50' between the neighbors' homes planted with gardens and fences and with a vacant lot directly across the canal and on the north side. You get that feeling of privacy. the back yard and palm garden are fenced as well. The large 13 by 40' porch is our "Outdoor Waterfront Living Room" and there is a separate waterfront porch "Dining Room," both 7' from the flow-thru canal. Our home is located in Cudjoe Gardens. an elite Keys residential neighborhood. It is on the Atlantic Ocean side of Cudjoe Key just before mile marker 21.
