Casa Santa Rita is a 3 bed, 2 bath home with a private enclosed yard, BBQ, full kitchen, outdoor dining and patio area. There are a total of 3 beds, one king, one queen, and one full. All are newer, quality mattresses. We have Cable TV and WiFi internet access! We are located in a great tree lined neighborhood, that is quite, great for walking, kids and close to lots of activities. Since we do have neighbors, we are not a good fit for parties looking to "party hearty" at the house late at night. :) Also, we allow pets, there is no pet odor that I have ever detected, but allergy prone renters be advised. This home is only steps to the park and golf course, 2 Blocks to groceries and eateries and close to Firestone Brewery and the famous Hitching Post Restaurant. Want to experience the up and coming hot spot? Industrial Way AKA (SYV Funk Zone) is the place to go for some of the best beer wine and food in the entire Valley! If you are up for a small adventure, one can walk to these establishments from the house! (contact owner for details). Just a short drive or bike ride takes you to the best Santa Rita appellation wineries and tasting rooms. It's an easy drive up 101 to Los Olivos and only a 5 minute jaunt to Solvang.
