This is a newly-purchased home with new carpet installed 3 weeks ago. Best lawn on the street, recently remodeled, and perfect for a family with kids that can walk one short block to the school. I'm only selling this home because another one that's a better fit just became available. The price listed is a $5,000 loss for me, but a great buy for someone ... especially FSBO without real estate agent fees!
