Looking for 1 roommate for my 3 bedroom apartment. The Apartment is very very large. This is a very safe neighborhood and apartment to move into. The bedroom is furnished and has an air conditioner. I have a dog & two very small cats. So we can not have anymore pets. My pets are sweet and very friendly and love humans. The kitchen is very large. The living room is very large as well but I use it as a photo / art studio so there is barely any furniture in it. I live with one other person, a male, who rents the third bedroom. He is barely in the apartment. He is introverted and stays in his bedroom the majority of the time. The Q\B train is across the street. There is a large grocery stores next to our building, plus fruit and spice stores all around our block. The post office is across the street. The apartment building has several cute coffee shops around it and Prospect Park is only a 15 minute walk and Brooklyn college is 6 minute walking distance. I work from home the majority of the time. Both myself and my roommate are homebodies; we are home the majority of the time but stay in our bedrooms unless we are using the kitchen, and myself the living room for my art or photography. With this said we need someone who stays to themselves and is quite, clean, picks up after themselves and is introverted. (There are no parties allowed on the property). The room dimensions are 8' x 10 1/2'. The Wifi, Electricity, Gas, and water are included in the monthly cost. Rent is $1000 / month and all utilities including wifi is $275. Both rent and utilities must be paid together by 1st of every month. Also, a deposit of $1000 is required before moving in, along with the 1st month rent and utilities defined above. Deposit will be returned in full: 14 days after move out as long as the renter did not cause any damage to the apartment, bedroom rented, and furniture in the bedroom and apartment during their rental agreement.
