The house is a fully remodeled 3/2 with a low maintenance desert landscaped front yard the back yard is massive with a full length patio cover. The back yard will be 50% grass with the remainder covered in decomposed granite to keep maintenance low for whomever shall rent it. The house features a two car garage with brand new interior paint,baseboards,appliances including fridge,stove/oven,dishwasher,microwave. Bathrooms have brand new toilets and I have installed glass shower doors to avoid the use of tacky shower curtains. The house also includes a full solar system and I will be getting a battery backup unit installed within the next two months. Rules- 1 No smoking in house 2 Yard must be maintained or tenant will be charged and extra 150$ per month for yard care 3 All utilities will be covered by tenant 4 Absolutely zero pets are allowed at the house 5 Rent is always due on the first and late after the 10th if rent should be late past the 10th there will be a late fee of 10% of the monthly payment.(late fee=200$) 6 renter should carry active renters insurance for liability coverage 7 Must report any water leaks,mold,broken pipes in the event there as an issue within 24hrs to avoid further problems 8 If there is a guest that is going to be staying at the house longer than a month they must be added to the lease.
