Your private area is basically like a motel room, but there are common areas that are shared, but rarely used except in busy seasons. This is a no pets allowed unit. All utilities, Internet, etc. are included. There's plenty of parking area also non-smoking. if you are looking for a home base, but most of the time will be traveling in an RV I can arrange an area for your RV to be when you are not using it.
