We love our house!! We are retiring to Portugal and must sell. We had to down-size several years ago. We purchased this house in 2006. We have since practically re-built it from the ground up. In 2013, we installed WeatherGuard windows (with a transferrable lifetime warranty) and a TRANE Furnace and A/C. In 2017, we re-modeled the entire home. We replaced the flooring throughout with laminate and carpeting from Abby Flooring. We replaced all of the plumbing fixtures and sinks with Kohler products. We refaced the kitchen cabinets and replaced all of the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. House rewired to install ceiling fans throughout. The hot tub, patio tower heater, and propane fire pit are all included in the purchase price. Although our house is in a community park, we have been very fortunate to have one of the more private lots. You never have to worry about the sun being too bright or too hot to enjoy the very large deck. Three very established trees help keep the deck comfortable and private.
