This is a beautiful, historic property with lots of modern upgrades. Newer windows, a salt-water hot tub, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter with lots of light and beauty. Pets may be negotiable. No smoking. The house can include a few items of "start-up" furniture, but they are to remain in the house. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who will appreciate this beautiful home and be a good neighbor. Renter is responsible for utilities.
