The tenant that has been in the house has been there over 10 years now. Many times it's hard to tell when someone is home in the basement. She is quiet and respectful. Rent does not include utilities. Utilities will be $100 per month per person. This includes gas, electric, internet, water. One small pet will be considered for an additional pet rental of $50/month.
