The house has a full concrete basement, great for hobbies and storage. The roof is less than a year old, and gutters and facia were replaced at the same time. There are fruit trees and bushes, garden areas, a pen for chickens or ducks, and a small house for goats or ??? Also great neighbors and neighborhood. I will add photos of the large bedroom and basement later. This is a beloved house. No investors or developers please.
