A newly renovated (2023) Modern Country Home, made entirely of concrete block with both an attached two car garage and an unattached two car garage. The house and garages are covered with a metal roof that is only 2 years old. The roof is wind mitigated which keeps the insurance rate much lower. The kitchen has all wood cabinetry with an extremely unique country look. The countertops are Quartz. The entire kitchen was created with no expense spared. Both bathrooms were completely renovated as well and the Master Bath has an incredible walk-in shower large enough for two people. The vanities and linen closet were all custom made. Outside, there is a concrete driveway that covers approximately 450’ of driveway to our secluded house and property. It has a round about that enables turning around or parking in front of the house. There is also parking in front of both garages, if desired. The water comes from a well, as does the water for every house outside the incorporated city limits. There is one of the most advanced water systems available which uses a media to filter and purify the water which is superior to almost every other available media for water systems. And, the water system has a duplicate set of tanks with the same media to give double the purification to the water before it reaches the house. The media removes iron, manganese, tannins, and it even removes any arsenic that may occur. The system is great. The back room of the house is a 15’ x 33’ sunroom with large windows along its length which enables the viewing of the back pasture, the surrounding woods, a large pond and an abundant amount of wildlife. There are beautiful daily views of the wildlife, especially wild turkeys in flocks numbering 8-25 goblets and hens and a large number of deer (15-20) mornings and evenings. We usually have 4-5 bucks and 12-15 does most of which give birth to new fawns during the summer. We have two large ponds full of fish, turtles and surrounded each day with wild birds (white herons, blue herons, egrets, ibis, whistling ducks nesting each year, anhingas, storks red tail hawks, red shoulder hawks, and occasional bald eagles). There is also a barn which can be used for a variety of needs. We hold our large tractor along with implements, rolls of hay and wood planks and fence post. The house and property are Located across the road from two connected preserves that total 12,000 acres. Some 20 years ago most of the deer and turkeys would journey through our property each day from the preserve across the street. However, for a number of years now, the deer often choose to sleep in the woods near the house and the turkeys remain on the property all day and night, usually roosting in the cypress dome area. It’s a beautiful +/- 30 acres with pastures that are fenced and cross-fenced with large oaks separating most pastures and a cypress dome in the rear of the property where many of the turkeys roost at night and where does often choose to give birth and secure their young fawns. You feel like there is nothing but beauty surrounding you every single day. This IS paradise. The entire property is surrounded by woods which gives a buffer to u to our privacy. The land was originally inhabited by early native Americans. Osceola’s war party before the 2nd Seminole war lived a short distance away. Tathem Mound is also nearby. The property also has a historical section which was a major cultural exchange center for early Native Americans from all over.
