I will also say the one of the best parts is not having to worry about parking when you come home, you will have your own parking space in our gated lot, with a remote clicker to get in. This unit is also upstairs with one on above us so you don't have to hear the loud footsteps or dragging of chairs. I live here, so this isn't an entire apartment. Please also know that I'm not looking for a couple to move in, but more so another working individual. I work in post production and host a podcast about reality TV.
