The Seascape is situated on the newest portion of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club Resort - a luxury, master-planned gated community with 300 acres of natural preserves in Perdido Key, FL. Our townhome is THE closest building to the pristine Gulf beaches on site. It'll take you approximately 5-7 minutes to walk across the street to our exclusive access beach club (for owners and guests only) and have your feet in the powdery white sand. Upon entering the home, you will have a place to hang towels, hats, coats, and store your shoes. You will walk up the stairs and enter the main living space, which boasts beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from the balcony, as well as some of the natural resort scenery and pond. This floor is equipped with a full living space, flatscreen tv, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a beautiful powder room half bath. The balcony is one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the views; it is fully screened in and faces the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets on this balcony are breathtaking. Taking the last set of stairs to the third level, you will find all 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a cozy laundry room equipped with a front load high efficiency washer and dryer. We have custom-built a bunk room for the kids (or kids at heart) to enjoy - the bunk bed is a twin over full and has a coastal-nautical style. There is also a second guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, which includes a tub. Car space includes a 2 car tandem garage with enough space to park 2 smaller vehicles or an SUV/minivan in the driveway (also tandem). The garage is equipped with a grill and small fire pit, and loads of private storage. There are two closed door closets and a garage extension.
