In the twin trundle bedroom, not only can you enjoy a game of pool, but you'll also discover toys suitable for younger children. Relish the Arizona outdoors in our meticulously maintained backyard, which boasts a spacious, heated pool and an integrated spa. Pool heat is an additional $100 per night for the duration of your stay and spa heat is an additional $50 per night. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool or spa prior to arrival. Dogs are welcome upon approval with a $75 pet fee per dog. We ask that all dog waste be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. No cats are allowed. The property is under video surveillance and utilizes a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do not record or video; they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. The home will be ready for check-in between 4-6pm AZ time. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge, with approval required. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler's account if violated. The home offers 50 MB Wi-Fi speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout. A laptop computer is not included.
