There is an oven/stove, large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Garbage, water, and sewer are included. You pay only the electricity and any TV, internet or phone that you want. There is a non-working fireplace that is blocked off. It does not work. First and Last month rent is required and there is a $1000 damage deposit to move in. (Damage deposit may be paid in three instalments with the June $300, July $300, and August $400 added to the rent.) We are having two open house days April 26th at 1 PM to 6 PM. Applications will be available there and you may fill one out. All of the information is required. Previous and current landlords, current job and salary, current address and references are required.
