At Tequila Sunrise you will find one bedroom on the main floor with a comfortable king size bed (all bedding provided) , a large wall mounted tv, a walk in closet, adjoining bathroom, and a sliding door to your private balcony. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom featuring two comfortable Queen beds (all bedding provided) a large wall mounted TV, walk in closet, an en suite bathroom and a sliding door to your private balcony. Our kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and is completely stocked with with all of the essentials! Our living room features a large comfortable U shaped couch to cozy up on while watching the massive 75" TV! The back balcony is perfect for mealtime out in the fresh air, a game of cards and cocktails, or just to sit out in the salty air and relax! Please note our home is built on stilts, you will have to walk a set of stairs to enter the house at the main level. Our family friendly, cozy house is perfectly centered on the island between the Sound and the Gulf, a quick walk & your toes are in the sand! For further information or questions please contact me! No pets of any kind allowed. While there are two free parking spots in front of our home I think you will find that you are in walking distance to most things on the island. If you find yourself wanting to drive to the beach or local restaurants you will find there is plenty of parking available free of charge. We are located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood within close proximity of sandy white beaches, crystal clear waters, several dining options, gift shops, bike rentals and more!
