Upstairs is one room with a queen mattress, one with a full, one with a twin. Full bathe/shower upstairs. Washer and dryer in the basement. Kitchen has stove, microwave, disposable in sink, and refrigerator. Plates, cups, pots ,pans ,and utensils all provided. Located 5 minutes from downtown and 12 minutes to Walmart and other shopping. This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests will be expected to maintain a quiet demeanor while staying. The Host is very attentive to any needs or concerns you might have. Additional guests are not allowed. Water, gas and electric are included with the rental price. Payment in full is necessary before entry into the house.
