I am looking for one responsible single person interested in living in my 3 bedroom apartment, renting 1 bedroom.my apartment is very clean. I have a balcony in my living room, kitchen is very spacious, bathroom as well. As long as you are a clean person,you can use the kitchen as much as you want, balcony as well. Smoking isn't allowed inside your room, but outside you can do as you please. Train station 3 blocks away, laundromat at the corner , deli store, restaurants near by, as well as supermarkets. Parking isn't bad. Can live for as long as you want , more than a year if interested. In the summer, just help out with ac bill from your room, it will include everything inside.
