Open floor plan with plenty of windows. Lots of custom woodwork and tile. Neighborhood Description The roads in our neighborhood loop from Hwy 101 and back to it again. Mostly older houses on large lots (very hard to come by in this area). Most of the houses have been improved, updated and have unique features. Not your typical subdivision since the houses were built from the 20's until the 60's. At the center of the neighbor hood is a 50 acre field, complete with a pond, trees, tall grasses and the ever present blackberries. Kids play, people walk their dogs and ride their horses here. We share the field with native wildlife including deer, elk, fox and beaver. About 1/2 mile away is the beach with trails meandering through pine shrubs to a beautiful beach on the Pacific. I love living here.
