If you're focused on achieving lasting financial stability by pursuing your career or educational goals, this program may be a perfect fit. Through this program, eligible families can rent one of our low-cost units for 6 months up to 2 years, paying only 30% of their gross income in rent. This affordable housing option allows you to focus on what matters most building the skills and knowledge needed to create a more secure future for you and your family. Program Highlights: Affordable Housing for Growth: 2-bedroom units (up to 4 people) are available for families focused on advancing their education and career. Career & Education Focus: This program is designed to support families who need stable, affordable housing while they pursue training or education to boost earning potential. Eligibility Requirements: Commitment to educational or career advancement Custody of at least one minor Income at or below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI) Participation in monthly check-ins and cleaning reviews Agreement to pay 30% of income toward rent on time Background check for all adults in the household Renter is responsible for utilities. Renter will be paying 30% of their adjusted gross income toward the rent.
