This is an amazing apartment in a small complex that only shares walls with 3 other tenants, all of which are friendly, young, and quiet/respectful. -The room available is spacious with tons of natural light and a huge closet. -Parking behind unit as well as plenty of street parking -Large kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer -Pets are negotiable, I already have a 1 year old small dog already but he is extremely friendly with cats and or dogs but would be a question for landlord -The apartment is gated with a small shared outdoor space -2 entry's into apartment -$950 for rent, utilities not included -Lease would be negotiable, but preferred 6month I am a young artist and working professional with a busy lifestyle. I am clean and tidy and prefer to keep the place this way as much as possible. I enjoy having friends over occasionally but nothing too crazy, I just enjoy having my home open to friends/family. Looking for someone who is either a student or working professional as well with an active lifestyle and compatible working/play hours as me.
