You would have a private room with a large closet and access to all shared spaces including the kitchen, both bathrooms, the living room and more. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. There is plenty of free street parking as well as a parking lot out back. I am on this lease until July 2026. The exact dates you can live here are flexible in that time frame. There will be an opportunity to resign once this current lease is over.
