Landmark Square Apartments located between Millcreek and downtown Erie in a quaint little neighborhood with lots of trees and plenty of room for walking. We do allow dogs (with breed restrictions) and cats 2 pets per apartment 1 pet is $30.00 extra per month and a $300.00 half- refundable pet deposit 2 pets are $50.00 extra per month and a $500.00 half refundable pet deposit. We pay for water, garbage and sewer. Tenants are responsible for their own gas and electric. Tenant will give Landlord a written 30 day notice to end lease when moving. Failure to do so will result in one month's rent being deducted from security deposit.
