Nice big patio in the back, 2 parking spots allotted for the house with plenty of street parking as well. A walk away from the farmer's market twice a week. This place is a gem! The bedrooms are not huge, the closets are good sized tho. The rest of the house is spacious and with the location, it makes up for the smaller rooms. I'm looking for a responsible new roommate to continue our legacy of having a nurturing, creative and respectful home.I have a very friendly small dog and would welcome a second in the place.
