We just finished giving the fences and home a fresh coat of paint. The units have both heating and AC. Cabinets are only a few years old. The access to the beach and shopping make it very easy to leave the car and walk or bike everywhere. The neighbor hood is very safe and up and coming for future businesses in the area. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath Duplex building is shared with a very nice 74 year old lady who is very considerate. There are other dogs in the complex and home behind this so you must be a pet lover. The parking is street only, but normally this is never a problem. The neighbors are all very nice and the home is only 10 blocks to the ocean with all side streets. Easy bike ride. There is complete hook ups for stackable washer and dryer only. The lease is for 11 months only that can be renewed for another 11 months if interested. I do not require renter insurance, but recommend the insurance to cover any issues that arise. The space gives you alot of privacy and has some storage available. Text me for a visit.
