It is on the northwest corner allowing for more windows and privacy from neighbors. It is squeaky clean and has all appliances. You are within walking distance to all that MIDTOWN has to offer plus there is a park less than a block away. It is managed by the owners who take great pride in the property. If you lean toward older, unique properties, you might want to take a look. I think this unit, which is on the northwest corner, is the most charming because of the orientation in the complex.
