Newport or Lyndonville about half an hour or Saint Johnsbury about 40 minutes with shops, dining, entertainment, etc.. Jay Peak or Stowe about an hour for downhill. About half an hour to Canadian border. Closest towns for grocery stores about 15 minutes (Barton and Orleans). Will leave maps and info at house for you. There is a large deck looking out to view. Heat pumps or pellet stove or oil for heat. Living space on one floor (1000 sq feet) plus laundry and utilities in full walkout basement. Home available from Nov 15 to Feb 15. Prefer 3 month renter, but will consider 2 month minimum. Plowing, utilities, water included. Renter must take care of their own trash, recycling and compost. Renter will need to shovel outside steps. There are plants to be watered about once a week. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. Pets must be discussed and confirmed in advance. There is a 3 sided garage that can be used for parking vehicle.
