Our rental home is an open kitchen, dining room, living room downstairs with a half bath and laundry room and upstairs is a large full bath and 3 bedrooms but only two are hall entered so we only consider it a 2 bedroom. It is connected to 2 apartments in the rear and it shares a back porch and fenced in yard. We do accept a cat or a small dog under 25 pounds. One of the tenants also has a terrier that shared the yard. Please drive by the house and decide if it is something you would like to see. We do require the tenant to shovel snow from the sidewalks and possibly mow in the summer. Couples preferred for this reason. Owner pays heat, water and sewer and trash. All tenant pays if electric.
