Cap'N Hook's Hideout is a freshly painted 3-bedroom home (sleeps 12) that is just 2 blocks (a 3-minute walk to the beach) located close to restaurants, bars, parks, stores and the pier. Location is great for just about anything you would like to do. This property is ready for you to just bring your personal items. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could want or need. Coffee pot, keurig, pots and pans, silverware, baking dishes, microwave, crock pot that's just a small list of what this kitchen has to offer. Dining room has table and chairs to set 8. Every room has smart TV's. Laundry has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Master bedroom has king size bed and a master bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with bunkbeds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All freshly painted and all new linens plus towels and wash clothes for bathrooms, beach towels, yes, we have them too. Second bathroom is in the hall. Board games we have that too! Living room has 2 sofa beds that allow you to have more guest with you. Let's take a look at the outside. The amenities outside are so awesome I don't know why anyone would want to stay indoors. We have a hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, bikes, grill, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, outdoor shower. Let's not forget the under the home parking. This is a corner lot so yard is very nice size for everyone to enjoy. We do allow up to 2 dogs. This property is for rent on a vacation term or long term for off season (Oct thru April). No smoking, small dogs welcomed, parking for 6 cars. All utilities included.
