I am not a slum landlord. I repair all deficiencies within 72 hours from time reported. all my renters have been with me 8-11 years and rent is due by the 5th each month in return for upper class home to live in. I have never failed a section 8 inspection and have been told that I put too much nice quality fixtures in my homes but I want responsible renters who pay on time and clean!!!. Application Fee $40 is nonrefundable for criminal and credit background check.
